Guarantee and Refunds Policy
We would like you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you have a problem our refund and returns policy is set out below:
Guarantee
All electrical items carry a six month warranty unless otherwise specified. If an electrical item breaks down within the time of the warranty, we will endeavour to repair it or, if unrepairable, replace it. (Within the Croydon area our engineers will make a service call).
The guarantee does not extend to the goods contained in fridges, freezers, washing machines or tumble driers.
If you make your own arrangements to take away appliances purchased from us, they MUST be transported upright. Failure to do so can cause damage to the machine and will void your guarantee. This is applicable to washing machines, tumble driers, fridges, freezers, and fridge-freezers.
Refunds, Returns and Credit Notes
We will give refunds in accordance with your legal rights, e.g. if goods are found to be defective as to quality, description or performance.
Please remember that you are not entitled to a refund if:
- You have simply changed your mind
- You have damaged the goods after you have bought them
- You was aware of the defect before you purchased the goods
Please ensure you are at your address at the designated delivery times and dates. Failure to do so will result in you incurring further delivery charges!
NOTE: Delivery is NOT refundable
If you take an item away yourself and a fault develops, you will be required to return the item to our workshop yourself.
